Welcome to Soul Dog Training. By accessing our website or booking services with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

**1. Services**

Soul Dog Training offers private dog training and behavior consultations in Fort Collins, Colorado. Services and pricing are subject to change without notice.

**2. Client Responsibilities**

Clients are expected to follow training instructions, attend scheduled sessions on time, and disclose any known behavioral or medical issues with their dog. Failure to do so may affect training outcomes.

**3. Training Disclaimer**

While we use proven training methods tailored to each dog, results may vary. Soul Dog Training cannot guarantee behavioral outcomes due to individual dog temperament, history, and client follow-through.

**4. Payments & Cancellations**

Payment is due at the start of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice for a refund or credit. No-shows and late cancellations may be non-refundable.

**5. Health and Safety**

All dogs must be current on rabies and core vaccinations (DHPP, Bordetella recommended). Dogs showing signs of illness may be rescheduled. We reserve the right to discontinue service if a dog poses a safety risk.

**6. Liability Waiver**

By participating in training, the client agrees to hold Soul Dog Training and its trainers harmless for any injury or damage to persons, dogs, or property arising from training sessions, unless caused by gross negligence.

**7. Privacy**

We respect your privacy. Information you provide (such as name, email, and pet info) will be used solely for communication and training purposes. We do not sell or share personal information.

**8. Intellectual Property**

All materials on this site, including text, logos, and media, are the property of Soul Dog Training. Use or reproduction without permission is prohibited.

**9. Modifications**

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

**10. Governing Law**

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
